  • Lead internal project management efforts within the procurement team and across divisions, functions, and categories.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, design, and implement innovative business solutions.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, and coordination of distributed project teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work products and lead implementation efforts.
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify value and ensure projects align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate data inputs and reporting across functions to provide actionable insights.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
  • Coordinate global, cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation and version control.ElvÃrÃsok / Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience managing programs and projects, preferably in procurement.
    • Experience in Life Sciences, BioTech, or Pharma industry is preferred.
    • Bachelor's and/or Masterâs degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering. MBA preferred.
    • Certification in Project Management is desirable.
    • Negotiation level of English (verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
