  • Managing international payrolls by collaborating with an outsourced provider to ensure accurate payment for our global team.
  • Working closely with local HR and Finance teams on project-related activities, ensuring the global design is implemented in local payroll processes.
  • Assisting the HR team in collecting, calculating, and entering payroll data, especially in cases not handled by our system integration.
  • Actively participating in payroll projects, including vendor changes, system integrations, country expansions, and automating various payroll processes.
  • Ensuring data integrity in integrated HR and payroll systems, identifying and resolving any errors.
  • Creating and updating payroll process documentation.
  • Assessing current and future payroll needs in your regions, transferring data, and actively participating in payroll implementation projects to meet local statutory and legal requirements.
  • Managing payroll queries and requests from both employees and Team Leads.ElvÃrÃsok / Requirements
    • Strong understanding of core payroll management and processes.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Passion for payroll and proficiency in payroll-related technology and processes.
    • Previous experience in payroll operations and familiarity with Workday (or other enterprise HR systems) is a strong advantage.
    • Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English.
    • Proactive problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
    • Proficient use of MS Excel.
    • Team player comfortable with remote collaboration using digital tools such as Slack and Zoom.Amit kínÃlunk / Offer
