WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Maintain a transparent, accurate, and up to date overview of current and future staffing assignments, holidays, trainings, and availability of all consulting staff
  • Updating staffing sheet with trainings based on SAM (Staffing & More) and vacations based on the Vacation Tracker
  • Participate in weekly Staffing Calls, balancing the needs of all parties involved in the staffing process
  • Act as a go to person for staffing related queries from 16:00 onwards, to ensure business continuity
  • Supporting staffing related immigration, visa request support and travel administration
  • Conduct analyses and produce reports/updates as required
  • Administering flex and other type of leave requests
  • Sending out staffing sheet to A/C-s
  • Participate in bi-weekly check-in discussions with consultants
  • Support Talent Manager in other People & HR areas

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Experience in a professional services business is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to deal with a high-volume workload
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with senior management
  • Able to build strong & credible relationships with all levels of staff
  • High motivation and flexibility
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and trust
  • Accurate and 100% reliable
  • Strong team spirit and personal dedication
  • Professional and service-oriented behaviour
  • Full command of all MS office related programs
  • Fluency in English is a must, Hungarian preferred
  • Romanian / Croatian / Slovenian language is a plus

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Budapest Staffing as part of the People team, driving the staffing for the consulting team in the Budapest office. It is a position for a person who likes working with people and communicates openly. Working as a Staffer is a great combination for a person who would like to combine business and people development topics on daily basis.
