CFO SEE and Hungary

• Supervise all financial processes of Atos SEE (currently: CZ, HU, RO, Israel); 

• Being a fully integrated member of regional management and the HU management team; 

• Coordinate the finance teams across SEE, lead finance team in Hungary; 

• Budgeting and Forecasting: preparing, managing and monitoring the region's financial budgets and forecasts; 

• Financial reporting: overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements; business line reports and ad-hoc reports in accordance with legal, regulatory and corporate policies/requirements, cooperation with support centers (GDCs)

• Compliance and controls: ensuring that the region adheres to company financial policies, regulations and laws; 

• Stakeholder management: working closely with stakeholders, including regional managers, country managers, business lines and other regional/corporate functions;

• Cash management: overseeing cash flow planning and reporting, ensuring the countries have the liquidity to meet its obligations and optimizing working capital, involvement in collection process (invoicing, unpaid, DSO); 

• Tax planning: manage tax compliance, working with Global Tax function and external tax advisors to minimize tax liabilities while adhering to tax laws and regulations;

• Audits: preparing and supporting statutory and internal audits, tax audits and other finance related inquiries;

• Management reviews: support review preparations, participate and represent SEE from finance perspective

• Analyze and escalate areas of concerns as appropriate and in a timely manner;

• Support the sales and project related processes from finance perspective;

• Support any ad-hoc analyses as required;

• Key contact point towards auditors and authorities etc. in Hungary.

Requirements:

• College or University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment preferably with audit experience

• At least 2 years in a regional finance role

• Full scope financial experience: Controlling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, FP&A, CashFlow, etc.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, team player attitude

• Deep understanding of Hungarian accounting & taxation principles, and IFRS standards

• Fluent Hungarian and English
