We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports our overall marketing objectives. From blog posts and social media content to email campaigns and website copy, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and communicating our message to our target audience.

Your role in our mission

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with our marketing goals and target audience.

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to develop content that effectively communicates our value proposition and differentiates us in the market.

  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform content creation.

  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all content channels.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and content marketing trends to drive innovation and creativity in our content efforts.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.

  • Proven experience creating content for digital marketing initiatives, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across various channels.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
