What we do as Digital Factory?

In MOL Group Consumer Services we believe in the value of digital solutions, which is why we launched our own Digital Factory in 2019. We strive to change both our internal operations and customer experience for the better – and we strive to change it now.

Firstly, this includes leveraging one of the key resources we own today: data. Through advanced analytics and AI, we are exploring patterns of performance and opportunities in a way we never did before. By giving the right tools (in the form of Power BI dashboards) to our colleagues in Retail we enable them to make the right decisions, at the right moment.

Secondly, we are stepping up our game as a digitally driven consumer goods retailer and complex mobility provider by offering increasingly convenient solutions for our customers in various areas: loyalty and mobile payment. Digital Factory has successfully launched MOL MOVE loyalty program in Croatia (known as INA Loyalty), Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland. MOL MOVE won Gold award at the global Loyalty360 Loyalty Expo in Incentive and Reward Design category and also the regional (Central and Eastern Europe incl. Turkey) Loyalty Awards 2023.

Who are we looking for and what are we offering?

IT Tester Intern Tasks

·       Support of Digital Factory application testing and quality assurance activities (from business planning to deployment of the development in the live environment)

·       Creating new test cases for the applications (mobile, web and backend)

·       Test case maintenance (existing test cases)

·       Execution of test cases and verification of test results

·       Documentation and reporting of the results of the testing

·       Management of test data and issues / bugs marks arising during testing

·       Support of internal projects

·       Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with staff

·       Complete other duties/projects as assigned

Main Qualifications:

·       Ongoing studies in economics / management / IT (at Bsc or Msc level)

·       Availability to work at least 20 hours a week, for at least half a year with flexible schedule

·       Interest in digital technologies and financial management

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with others

·       Ability to work independently

·       Intermediate English

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, flexible hours
