We're looking for someone to step into a maternity cover position for 1.5 years as a recruiter. Your main responsibility will be to handle the recruitment process efficiently for our Sales Support departments. The goal is to enhance our recruitment procedures, making them cost-effective, compliant, and ensuring timely delivery of resources to our Customer Care team. 

 

How You’ll make an impact: 

Requirement Gathering: 

  • Collaborate with local and international hiring managers to clearly understand their staffing needs. 
  • Identify the desired skills, experience, and qualifications required for each position. 

 

Strategize Sourcing Channels: 

  • Identify the most relevant sourcing channels to attract and engage potential candidates. 
  • Utilize a variety of channels such as online job boards, professional networking platforms, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies 
  • Coordination the agencies work with continuous feedback sessions so our needs are always up-to-date 

 

Candidate Screening and Evaluation: 

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with every potential candidate to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. 
  • Continuous consultation with the relevant Hiring Managers about the potential profiles to formalize recruiting need accordingly. 

 

Interview and Selection: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers for conducting interviews, and facilitate them 
  • Establish a consistent and structured interview process that involves probing behavioral questions to assess candidates' competencies. 
  • Continuous tracking of pending candidates, keeping them warm and informing them about the actual status of their application. 

 

Offer and Onboarding: 

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers for selected candidates. 
  • Coordinate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with compensation and benefits guidelines based on location-specific labor markets. 
  • Facilitate a seamless pre-onboarding process, providing the necessary resources and information for successful integration into the organization. 

 

What You bring: 

  • 2-3 years in a recruiter role preferably at corporate side in a SSC environment 
  • Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation 
  • Applicant Tracking System knowledge 
  • Process Management skills 
  • Advanced English language knowledge in verbal and written 
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
