Crew Short Term Planner
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the position:
Crew Short-term Planner will report to the Crew Short Term Planner Manager. The role’s primary responsibility is the oversight and recovery of the published roster. Ensuring roster efficiency and compliance with regulations as well as driving system and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Recovering crew schedule and line training plan after operational disruptions outside the 72hr window
- Planning crew routes based on the schedule and duty rules
- Optimizing the crew roster to ensure highest crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
- Responsibility for roster fatigue and wellbeing of crew members.
- Taking the lead in process and system improvement
- Cross functional project management. Cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization (Crew Control, Crew Planning, Cabin and Flights Operation, Training, Human Resources)
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations (duty and flight time limitations, Fatigue Risk Management)
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
- Good oral and written presentations skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Fluent spoken / written English
- Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements is a must.
- Ability to work in day shifts
- Completed university or college degree is an advantage
Working hours:
Working in 8 hours shifts (without night shift, office hours, 7/7)
