• oversee beer production processes to ensure quality and timely filling.
• develop long- and short-term production plans using projections and item usage rates.
• manage energy and fluid distribution with a focus on quality and cost-efficiency.
• implement brewing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• lead the development of new products and processes.
• provide leadership to optimize brewing quality and operations.
• enhance employee productivity, safety, and maintenance efforts.
• manage budget and resource availability for the plant.

  • hold a bachelor's degree in food/technical/energy engineering.
  • possess 5 years of business experience in brewing and utilities.
  • demonstrate proficiency in English and Hungarian.
  • excel in leading and developing teams to achieve results.
  • embrace continuous improvement and drive change.
  • resolve problems with a results-oriented approach.
