Role purpose:

 

The Manager, SAP Analytics is responsible for leading the SAP Analytics global team to drive strategic insights and operational excellence. Here, you'll utilize the potential of the latest SAP technologies to build, run, and optimize best-practice solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead a team of 4-5 internal members towards excellence and manage external analytics resource pool
  • Deliver SAP reporting solutions and operate them business as usual
  • Perform continuous improvement and enhancement of SAP reporting solutions
  • Ensure proper quality and best practices solution delivered by the Analytics team
  • Provide operational support and leadership for the improvement of the quality and productivity of the department’s processes
  • Set and measure individual goals to the team members and feedback performance levels on individual basis
  • Monitor project statuses and ensure smooth operations
  • Innovate and implement new processes for efficiency
  • Maintain cooperation with business partners and other Global Business Services departments
  • Facilitate seamless project handovers
  • Continuously enhance and refine processes

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or master's degree in IT, business, or similar fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Analytics
  • Experience in BW and Datasphere is an advantage
  • Previous experience in people management in an advantage
  • Great communication skills, taking initiative and responsibility when working with international teams
  • Keen on keeping up with SAP technology, translating new trends into tangible business value
  • Proficiency in English is a must
