Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Outerwear and Accessories)
Location: Mainly remote, sometimes availability to Budapest office.
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in fostering global supplier relationships, identifying new products and services, managing production processes, and optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and purchasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to clarify procurement needs, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Investigate potential suppliers, market trends, and alternative products or services.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate favorable agreements with suppliers, including prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Formalize agreements through contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and setting clear performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, manage performance, and resolve disputes.
  • Manage daily purchasing activities and ensure performance standards are met throughout production.
  • Lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability.


Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Procurement or Buyer positions.
  • Availability to work on-site in Hungary.
  • Business-level English knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience in overseas procurement procedures and regulations.
  • Experience in the procurement of sportswear, outerwear, apparel, or textile consumer goods is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Strategic mindset, proactive and result-oriented attitude.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
