What is the job about?

This role needs to find quick solution to problems from customer/Grundfos side with effective communication in order to achieve setting up an exemplary collaboration between factories and sales companies.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily operational tasks with production.
  • Operative planning of products and confirming customer orders.
  • Customer contact via email, Teams, over the phone.
  • Dealing with escalations.
  • Keeping monthly follow-up meetings with key sales organizations.
  • Reporting unconfirmed orders older than 5 business days, finding route causes, speeding up the verification process and informing customers of the reason for delays.
  • Close cooperation with co-departments, especially procurers, shipping, production and customer service engineers.
  • Tracking KPI’s and making reports.
  • Single point of contact for sales for at least one products of the factory.
  • Fast problem solving when comes to supply chain related issues.
  • Communication of solutions and options.
  • Support sales regions especially efficient handling of escalated issues when comes to order confirmation, lead time requests, special transportation needs.

 

Your background:

  • Bachelor or Master degree preferred in Logistics or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a field of Production Planning or Procurement.
  • Project management experience provides a benefit.
  • Fluent English both in written and verbal.
  • Computer skills (MS Office, SAP is advantage).
  • Organizational and process oriented thinking.
  • Independent, creative personality.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer oriented attitude.
  • Focused and good at networking.
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management.

 

Location: Székesfehérvár (max. 8 days/month in home office)
