Job Title: Composite Technician

Responsibilities:

• Composite Fabrication:
  Manufacture composite tools, parts, and assemblies according to specifications.
• Trimming and Bonding:
  Trim, bond, and finish composite components to ensure high quality.
• Pattern Finishing:
  Bench and inspect epoxy block patterns/composite tools.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all standard operations are followed during production.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Previous experience in composite manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Skills:
  Proficient in trimming, bonding, and finishing composite components.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to follow specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Team Player:
  Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet production targets.
• Adaptability:
  Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials.
