  • A csapat és csapattagok ösztönzése az önszerveződés irányába, céljaik és vállalásaik betarthatósága és teljesítményük növelése érdekében
  • Az alkalmazott agilis módszertan értékeinek, alapelveinek képviselete és terjesztése a normák betartása és betartatása mellett
  • Kapcsolattartás a projekt vezetőivel, illetve a folyamat leírásokban meghatározott funkcionális csoportokkal
  • A Szervezet agilis adaptációs erőfeszítéseinek, területspecifikus igényeinek felismerése, közlése és megvalósítása, valamint az ehhez szükséges felmerülő igények kommunikálása
  • Az agilitást segítő lépések Community of Parctice-en (CoP) való bemutatása a harmonizáció elősegítésének érdekében
  • A folyamatok példaértékű betartása, valamint a hatáskörébe tartozó folyamatok betartatása
  • A harmonizált csapat teljesítményét (feladatok, célok, eredmények) mutató metrikák definiálása és napra készen tartása, Key Performance Indicator-ok (KPI) definiálása, Key Objective (KO) kommunikációja, elemzése
  • Teljesítmény növelési megoldások keresése, és munkamódszerek fejlesztése
  • Aktív egészségügyi eszköz fejlesztésben való részvétel (előny)
  • A területre vonatkozó szabványok ismerete (előny)
  • Felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel (preferáltan IT vagy műszaki területen) (előny)

Szakmai kompetenciák

  • 5 év fejlesztői környezetben, a Scrum metodológiában szerzett tapasztalat (transzformációban előny)

  • Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás
