Key responsibilities:

Initial point of contact for all operating system related issues, including those on physical and virtual devices. Responsible for basic troubleshooting such as system/device crashes, slow performance, software/app compatibility issues, and basic network connectivity issues. Should have a basic understanding of the supported operating systems and virtual environments and be able to guide users through step-by-step solutions. Documenting all actions in the IT service management tool for future reference and to maintain a record of the nature of problems and their solutions. In-depth troubleshooting and resolution of system/device errors, hardware-driver conflicts, and advanced network connectivity issue Should have a deeper understanding of the supported operating systems and virtual environments and be able to use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems. Assisting in the planning and testing of operating system upgrades on both physical and virtual devices.Handling the most complex issues escalated from L2 support, including those on physical and virtual devices. Specialized in system/device-wide crashes, major hardware-driver conflicts, and advanced network troubleshooting. Should have expert knowledge of the supported operating systems and virtual environments and be able to use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems.
• Responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems on both physical and virtual devices. Leading the planning, testing, and implementation of operating system upgrades on both physical and virtual devices, including the management of any necessary changes. Should be able to work closely with the vendor's technical support to resolve hardware issues.
