Join our team as an Instructor and contribute to the growth of our Educational Services team in Budapest. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our department and achieving our goals.

Job Description:
  • Teach a course load appropriate to your field or discipline
  • Deliver both public and private instructor-led training sessions at our training facilities, on the web, and/or onsite at customer locations around the world
  • Update functional and technical training materials (e.g. presentations, exercises, computer-based training, job aids and process flows) for specific training deliveries based on existing "best practice" training templates
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to develop functional end user training plans for customer implementation projects following our Education Services methodology
  • Assume ownership for the success of customer training projects, interacting with customers as needed to confirm training requirements, event logistics, and follow-up
  • Contribute to the selection and development of instructional materials in accordance with course objectives
  • Employ available instructional technology, i.e. the classroom, Internet, interactive technology, video, and desktop environments and remote student applications when appropriate
  • Support the Course Development team by providing insight, reviewing information, providing feedback, assisting with content writing and recording, and introducing ideas
  • Familiar and competent with adult learning methods
  • Familiar and competent with audience engagement techniques for all types of audiences
Requirements:
  • BS or BA Degree with an emphasis on education, training, e-learning, instructional technology, file & media or related field
  • Fluent English language skills, other language knowledge e.g. German/French/Italian is an advantage
  • 5–7 years of experience delivering software-based functional and technical training programs to adult learners
  • Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows
