SAP HCM Payroll/SuccessFactors Consultant

Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are seeking candidates with technical-functional expertise in SAP HCM, to join exciting SAP cloud projects with S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to take ownership for dedicated components within SAP HCM projects.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of functional consulting experience in SAP HCM payroll, especially within the Hungarian context
• Experience in configuring the payroll module for Hungary, including the setup of wage type catalog, payroll schemas, personal calculation rules, payroll posting, etc.
• Top-notch communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hungarian, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts with ease
• Natural curiosity and a drive to explore and master new technologies and their impact on the business are part of your DNA
• Hungarian residency

Key Technologies:

• SAP HCM Time and Payroll
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Nice-To-Have:

• Functional consulting experience with Time Management in SAP HCM
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM is highly desirable
• Experience in migrating on-prem SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Professional working proficiency in German language

• Managing to and maintaining a hands-on role in SAP HCM to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
