The Accounting Supervisor oversees all accounting-related responsibilities for the assigned entities, such as:

Manage the month end, quarter end and year end closing under US GAAPResponsible for US GAAP & statutory reporting and lead the annual statutory audit activities including reconciliation between US GAAP and local GAAPReview with Corporate Tax on the local tax filing & declarations including corporate Income tax, VAT and all other applicable local tax Coordinate the internal and external audit requests Assist the tax team during audits and provide support to country management during government inspections Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance matters and contract management Collaborate closely with the country manager and leadership team, offering essential support for finance and accounting operations Elvárások / Requirements University degree5+ years finance/accounting leadership experienceProficiency in US GAAP and local GAAP / statutory / regulatory reportingfluent English and Turkish languageStrong computer/systems capabilityStrong communication and networking skills Consciousness of control and business ethics environment Accounting & audit firm experience is a plusKnowledge of local taxation is a plus Certified Public Accountant, ACCA is a plusAmit kínálunk / Offer HO opportunity work permit/VISA and relocation supportlanguage allowanceProfessional onboarding processMultinational and supportive environmentyearly bonus Cafeteria, health insuranceTraining opportunitiesLearning and development programsTeam buildingsKapcsolattartó / Information tapasztalat 5-10 év / 5-10 years
