We are looking for an experienced professional to be our

GROUP CARD STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Create and maintain business strategy, perform market intelligence, prepare and update strategic roadmap, follow up and manage execution of the card business entity. Reach targeted market share and margin revenue by designing, evaluating, prioritizing and implementing business development initiatives in line with strategic directions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for creating, updating and delivering successful strategy taking into account MOL Group Card business performance, market size/share, customer needs, market tendencies and competitor landscape. Prepare and update strategy roadmap, manage execution to ensure timely delivery of strategic goals. Ensures that differentiating strategic ideas, alternative business scenarios and risk assessments are incorporated.
  • Identify, define and prioritize business development opportunities in close cooperation with Group Sales and Partner Management as well as with local sales management. Also collaborates with Consumer Services Retail Fuel and Non-fuel Offer Management and Retail Digital teams to ensure that Card development road map is aligned with Retail priorities addresses business synergies.
  • Responsible for delivering strategic goals, increasing market share and margin revenue via managing strategic business initiatives from idea to implementation ensuring growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop idea, prepare business case, define business need, business model, go to market strategy and provide product ownership throughout the implementation and afterwards along the entire product lifecycle. Manage product launch preparation, ensure business readiness, follow up and support post go live period. Intervene in local sales execution in cooperation with group and local card sales functions, adjust product specification if needed to ensure expected margin improvement is delivered.
  • Enlarge product portfolio with products and services in line with strategy.
  • Develop group standard digital tools and platforms to improve customer experience and to implement customer journey design.
  • Analyze new market entry opportunities, propose and manage initiatives approved by group card management.
  • Analyze new value added service/MOL card acceptance/3rd party card acceptance on MOL SeS network partnership opportunities, propose and manage initiatives approved by group card management.
  • Represent business and manage evaluation and execution of inorganic growth opportunity projects conducted by Group Strategy M&A, provide business benefit, feasibility and risk assessment, contribute to management proposal. Coordinate and follow up post-merger and acquisition card business tasks to capture transaction value identified in assessment phase.
  • Systematically analyze and monitor market dynamics and updating market intelligence for new business opportunities and develop appropriate communications with MOL Group Card management including local sales functions. Intervene and adjust business development and sales activities in case market changes, customer requirements or competitors' activities require.
  • Manages his/her organization with ownership, ensures sustainable solutions and customer focused operation. Responsible for the development and succession of his/her subordinates.
  • Responsible for ensuring and controlling of compliance with the related legal and company rules - with special regard to the general regulations defining company operation: Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, rules of Conflict of Interest, HSE and Data Protection.

REQUIREMENTS
