Pozíció leírása / Job description

A Quality Risk Management and Risk Expert pozíciót betöltő személy tisztában van a GMP szabályozás elemeivel, az aszeptikus gyártástechnológia sajátosságaival és kockázataival, ezekről elemzéseket készít, kiértékeli azokat, majd javaslatokat, intézkedéseket fogalmaz meg, emellett folyamatos önellenőrzéseket végez az év során.

Feladataid az alábbiak lesznek:

  • Éves önellenőrzési program elkészítése és koordinálása.
  • Minősített auditorok képzési programjának felállítása és végrehajtása.
  • Önellenőrzési jegyzőkönyvek határidőre történő elkészítésének koordinálása.
  • Észrevételek értékelése és vállalati szintű megoldások, fejlesztések javaslása.
  • CAPA programok nyomon követése az önellenőrzések kapcsán.
  • Felkészítés a hatósági inspekciókra és azokon való részvétel.
  • Hatósági ellenőrzésekre vonatkozó javító és megelőző intézkedések határidőre történő végrehajtása.
  • KPI-k kidolgozása, monitorozása és javaslattétel.
  • Minőségügyi kockázatelemzés rendszerének kidolgozása és működtetése.
  • Kockázatok hatásainak csökkentésére irányuló megoldások javaslása.
  • Együttműködés a vállalat globális szervezetével a minőségügyi területen.
  • SOP-ok elkészítése és oktatása.
  • Részvétel a hatósági inspekciókon és a terület audit kész állapotban tartása.
  • Kulcsszerep a vállalat minőségügyi stratégiájának kidolgozásában.

Elvárások / Requirements

Elvárások:

  • Aszeptikus gyártásban szerzett minimum 2-3 év tapasztalat
  • Mély ismeret a gyógyszeripari kockázatok tekintetében
  • Felsőfokú releváns végzettség
  • Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás
  • Belső auditor végzettség és tapasztalat
  • Rendszerszintű gondolkodás
  • Határozott megjelenés, proaktív attitűd
  • GMP ismerete
  • Hatósági inspekciók szervezésében és irányításában szerzett tapasztalat
