Pozíció leírása:
- provide professional support to the recruitment team
- E2E coordination of the hiring process
- keep close contact with management to assess and identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies
- support and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- ensure the best candidate experience
- represent the company at different hiring events
- handling of administration, providing regular and ad-hoc reports on various hiring metrics
- constantly monitor and follow-up on the annual hiring plans
- building talent pools for future openings
- take part in onboarding, orientation on new employees
- continuous development of the hiring processes.

Elvárások:
- Min BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably at a multinational manufacturing company;
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites, familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases;
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other HR systems, SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage;
- Sound knowledge of data privacy legislations;
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and in English;
- Team player.
