Pozíció leírása:

  • provide professional support to the recruitment team
  • E2E coordination of the hiring process
  • keep close contact with management to assess and identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies
  • support and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • ensure the best candidate experience
  • represent the company at different hiring events
  • handling of administration, providing regular and ad-hoc reports on various hiring metrics
  • constantly monitor and follow-up on the annual hiring plans

Elvárások:

  • Min BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably at a multinational manufacturing company;
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites, familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases;
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other HR systems, SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage;
  • Sound knowledge of data privacy legislations;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and in English;
  • Team player.
