Position Summary:
This position is a critical role responsible for the Accounting Management Role within P2P.
Main task is to ensure that P2P department, its colleagues and its projects comply with all relevant regulations and specifications, prepare statutory financial statements according to the actual audits, assists to keep the control effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhering to audit reporting guidelines and meeting filing deadlines.
• Coordinating the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures based on requirements from corporate auditors and internal regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and internal audit, to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, processes, training materials, and other communication tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engaging with external and internal auditors regarding audits of the organization's audit channels, such as PWC portal, Email, and Teams.
• Establishing process mapping and compliance monitoring programs using tools like Pro Mapp and PPI Tools.
• Reviewing and assessing potential fraud activity and implementing improvements to fraud detection tools.
• Coordinating and delivering regular training on new or updated policies and directives to employees.
• Provide financial reporting requirements for stakeholders
• Investigation of aged items on the supplier, cash clearing and GRNI ledgers.
• Other P2P activities assigned by TL.
Skills Required:
- Advanced Accounts Payable process knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of internal controls, audits, SOX requirements
- Excel, Powerpoint knowledge
- Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and customer focused with attention to detail.
- Experience in high volume, multi entity, multi currency processing function
- Experience supporting & cooperating with large teams
- ERP Experience with QAD, SAP, Navision, JDI E1
