  • Manage cash remittances and credits/adjustments efficiently
  • Provide daily updates on cash application status to the relevant entity
  • Organize and validate payment runs
  • Conduct reconciliations and generate reports
  • Prepare statistical data, cash flow forecasts, and any special reports as needed
  • Submit payment registers/plans for review and approval
  • Handle the posting of interest and bank charges
  • Identify, assess, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate closely with the business and stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Ensure all process manuals and work instructions are regularly updated and in place

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in Economics or Finance with a focus on accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in PT
  • Possess a solid understanding of PT processes
  • Prior experience in SSC roles is essential
  • Proficient in both spoken and written German and English
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills
  • Be a team player who can lead and motivate a team through processes
  • Knowledge of SAP FI is considered a strong advantage
  • Open to flexible working arrangements
  • Transition experience is a plus
