Leendő munkatárs feladatai:

  • projekt csapat felépítése és vezetése: belső együttműködés, hatékony szervezeti forma és pozitív, őszinte légkör kialakítása, projekt tagok motiválása és koordinálása,
  • projekttervezés: ütemterv, feladatterv, erőforrás terv, költségvetés, kockázatkezelési terv,
  • projektvezetés: a projektek sikeres megvalósításának biztosítása a projekt menedzsment eszköztárak alkalmazásával (feladatmenedzsment, time menedzsment, erőforrás monitoring, beszállítók és stakeholderek menedzselése, projektköltségek nyomon követése és betartatása, összefüggés menedzsment stb.),
  • kockázatok felmérése, elemzése, kiküszöbölése, változásmenedzsment.


Ideális pályázó:

  • minimum 5 év gyakorlatot szerzett IT implementációval járó üzleti projektek vezetésében,
  • felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezik (preferáltan közgazdász vagy informatikai),
  • rugalmasan mozog egy dinamikusan változó környezetben, kreatív és problémamegoldó,
  • jó vezetői és együttműködési készséggel rendelkezik,
  • kimagasló kommunikációs képességű, könnyen teremt kapcsolatot,
  • jó szervező és irányító, proaktív, határozott fellépésű,
  • rendszer- és stratégiai szemléletmóddal bír, de ha szükséges, el tud mélyedni a részletekben is,
  • nyitott személyiségű, segítőkész, szakmailag igényes, nyitott a fejlődésre.
