WAREHOUSE LEADER


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in Debrecen. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless material and information flow within your area. Your role involves organizing and controlling logistics processes to meet internal and external customer expectations in terms of quality, volume, and delivery time. Additionally, you'll develop and implement strategies aligned with the Supply Chain and plant goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous material and information flow in your area.
• Organize and control logistics processes to meet quality, volume, and delivery time expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies for your area and interface areas, in alignment with Supply Chain and plant strategy.
• Manage professional work, achieve defined targets, and fulfill assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience at a multinational manufacturing company, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Fluent Hungarian skills (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills (proven experience in a leadership role is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Focus Custom/Import/Export/Transportation/Warehousing Processes.
• Strong Lean mindset.
