Expat specialist

Our company is expanding its European presence and seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Debrecen. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the relocation and integration of international employees.

• Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures;
• Manage employee relocation, immigration, and expatriate programs;
• Coordinate business travel and staff assignments;
• Support the implementation of our corporate culture and team building initiatives;
• Coordinate expatriate work visa applications and track the entire process;
• Update expatriate employee records with new hire information;
• Provide support to foreign workers in Hungary, including assistance with public transportation, food, and accommodation;
• Participate in various projects and tasks, and support cross-team initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher;
• Fluent English and Chinese language skills;
• Experience working in a multinational company;
• Strong organizing skills, ability to multitask, and structured working style.
