Responsibilities
Book-keeping and General ledger.Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with Accounting principles and reporting schedules to ensure the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and Accounting statements to provide senior management with accurate and timely information for making financial decisions.Preparing and filing the tax returns (VAT), corporate income tax, and local business tax/ credit declarationPreparing and filing statistical reports to KSHPreparing and sending invoices to clients, following up on payments, and matching bank account payments with clients' ordersKeeping communication with vendors and suppliers; payment of authorized invoicesKeeping communication with external accounting and other service providersOffice administration and supportOther duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.Minimum Qualifications (required)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field (certified accountant is a plus)3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting preferably in multinational companiesAdditional Qualifications
Knowledge of modern accounting and office methods and proceduresMust possess a solid foundation in statutory accounting Experience with Finance ERP systemStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others to obtain, share, verify and validate informationProficiency in MS Office suite (Excel)Advanced level of EnglishPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
