What you bring: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager responsible for delivering products, core services, or comprehensive features Hands-on experience as a software engineer.
Including, but not limited to Development within a leading cloud platform (e.g.
AWS, GCP, Azure), development operations, and testing frameworks Experience with growing, coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to the engineers in the team including under challenging situations Lead with empathy and trust, the ability to give constructive criticism Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and attention to detail Project management experience Business Professional English Required A degree in Computer Science, similar field, or equivalent experience working in the industry Nice to have: Experience creating highly efficient team structures and processes that are confident in taking on big challenges Capability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously and make decisions quickly Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics Experience in developing Software as a Service (fast-release cycles that still support an existing user base) directly with a Saa S vendor About SEON: Are you a technically skilled, hands-on leader passionate about building outstanding teams and world-class software?
