We are seeking a Security Compliance Specialist to oversee and enhance information security assessment processes.
You will play a critical role in aligning assessments with organizational and regulatory standards while ensuring quality and consistency.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, governance, risk management, compliance, or audit roles; Solid understanding of information security disciplines and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF); Strong communication skills, including the ability to create and interpret technical documentation; Familiarity with IT architectures and experience evaluating security aspects of systems; Exposure to multiple IT or security domains, such as network security, identity management, cloud security, or software development.
Desirable competencies Hands-on experience in IT or security domains; Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP) or willingness to obtain one within a year; Experience working on audits, particularly within large organizations; Previous exposure to global regulatory environments or experience working in a multinational setting; Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
