The client's objective is to change business operational and technological models and adapt them to a rapidly changing world.The project is for the UK client from the insurance domain. 6 months contract with the possibility of extention. Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management:Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, RDS, and VPC.Implement and manage secure and scalable cloud architectures.Automation and Configuration:Use Ansible to automate system configuration and application deployment.Write and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation for provisioning resources.Containerization:Develop and maintain Docker containers for application deployment.Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized applications.Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD):Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and AWS Code Pipeline.Facilitate smooth and efficient code deployment through automation.Monitoring and Performance Optimization:Monitor system health and application performance using App Dynamics and AWS Cloud Watch.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and incidents proactively.Collaboration and Incident Management:Use Jira and Service Now to track incidents and collaborate with team members.Participate in team retrospectives to improve processes and response strategies.Linux and Windows System Administration:Administer Linux servers and perform troubleshooting for system-related issues.Provide support and administration for Windows OS environments as needed.Scripting and Troubleshooting:Develop scripts in Bash, Power Shell, and Python to automate routine tasks.Troubleshoot Java/JVM applications, conduct heap dump analysis, and solve memory issues.Middleware and Integration (as needed):Support and manage middleware tools, ensuring seamless integration across applications.Assist with the setup and maintenance of data flow and processing using tools like Kafka, Mongo DB, and Mule Soft.Documentation and Reporting:Document architecture, processes, and operational procedures for future reference.Provide regular reports on system health and performance metrics.Our client offers:contract of employment (with additional life insurance, private healthcare with dental care, multisport card, my benefit platform, technical and language courses) for 6 months with possibility of extentionremote work modelthe comprehensive training program and development opportunities.hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, VPC, RDS, ELB, Route 53, EFS, S3, and Athena,proficiency in GIT for source code management,experience with Ansible for automation and system configuration,strong knowledge of Docker for containerized application deployment,experience with Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads,proficiency in Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation for infrastructure automation,hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Code Pipeline, and Code Deploy for continuous integration and deployment,familiarity with App Dynamics and Cloud Watch for system health monitoring and performance optimization,experience with Jira and Service Now for incident tracking and team collaboration,strong expertise in Linux; familiarity with Windows OS is a plus,proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Power Shell, and Python,experience in Troubleshooting Java/JVM applications, heap dump analysis, handled memory leakage issuesnice to have: high-level understanding of middleware tools like Tomcat, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hopewiser, Smart Comm, Radar, Mongo DB, Mule Soft, and Guidewire (Gosu) About the employer:Our Client ranks at the top of the leading companies providing services at the highest level, allowing to build modern and efficient businesses.
