As Head of Pricing (EMEA), you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive pricing strategy from the ground up.


You will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial performance.


You will leverage your financial background in pricing, financial control, and invoicing, and work cross-functionally to ensure that pricing strategies drive profitability, market share, and business growth.


Main responsibilities: Oversee the development and rollout of the pricing strategy.


Create pricing models and frameworks.


Perform market research and competitive analysis.


Collaborate with senior management to define pricing policies, discount structures, and tiered pricing strategies.


Partner with the finance team to align margins and costs across hardware, software, and services.


Conduct financial modeling to evaluate the impact of pricing on revenue and profitability.


Ensure accurate invoicing based on established pricing while promoting automation and standardization.


Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure pricing strategies support business objectives.


Provide pricing guidance and resources to sales teams.


Maintain global consistency while addressing local market requirements.


Monitor and analyze pricing performance, revenue, and profitability metrics.


Lead reviews after implementation to identify opportunities for pricing strategy enhancements.


Ensure pricing strategies comply with relevant regulations and address risks, including competitive pressures and revenue loss.


Required skills: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, 7–10 years in financial control or pricing strategy, with expertise in pricing and invoicing processes.


Proven ability to manage pricing strategies across international markets.


Strong in financial modeling, data analysis, and pricing tools; familiarity with CRM, ERP, and invoicing systems is a plus.


Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with executive teams; self-starter.


Capable of interpreting complex financial data.
