Join our dynamic Team as a Team Leader at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for people management and continuous improvement? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our Agencies and Chargeback team in the Network Operations department.
If you're ready to take on new challenges, contribute to a positive work environment, and make an impact, read further and get to know us Your responsibilities will include: Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the department’s processes end-to-end to be able to ensure continuous quality services to the partners.
Through controlling processing schedules ensure that day-to-day activities are performed in accordance with the agreed service levels and compliance requirements.
Oversee and approve reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of financial processes.
Communicate regularly with the partner team & higher BSC management built on consistent delivery of SLA / KPI’s and fast resolution of issues.
Look to continually see how processes could be improved and produce an effective operation, continuously feeding ideas and opportunities to higher management, and where requested support process improvement initiatives.
Support transfer activities into the BSC including the recruitment of new people into the organization.
Ensure appropriate controls are in place across the processes and are being actioned to eliminate errors and ensure quality services are being delivered.
Support and coach team members on a regular basis to be able to deliver specified services and solve issues within the processes.
Ensure new joiners get the right training to be effective in delivering services.
Ensure management are aware of concerns and issues faced by team members, recommending how the business could make life easier / better for team members.
Install a mind-set of investigating root causes to find long term solutions to prevent future errors.
What we are looking for: Advanced English proficiency.
Leadership experience with proven ability to inspire, motivate and drive others.
Ability to manage multinational teams with diverse processes, and to organize resources effectively.
Logical thinking and continuous improvement mind-set.
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills in a B2 B environment.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service mentality.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
Strong comprehension of general accounting principles, strong financial background (end-to-end AP and AR, intercompany processes, MEC activities, reconciliations). Experience in ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP is an advantage.
