Wir suchen ab sofort einen Testkoordinator (m/w/d).


Deine Rolle ist die Mitarbeit und Unterstützung von den Kundenteams bei der Testkoordination.


Erwartungshaltung ist eine Anwesenheit am Projektstandort (Österreich) von 1-2 Tagen im Monat.


Wichtig dabei ist nicht nur Deine fachliche Kenntnis, sondern auch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch.


Deine Aufgaben:  Operative Testaktivitäten  Story Refinements: Aktive Teilnahme an Story-Refinement-Sitzungen, um Anforderungen frühzeitig zu verstehen und Testbarkeit sicherzustellen.


Testfallerstellung und Durchführung: Entwicklung und Durchführung von Testfällen, um die Funktionalität und Qualität der Software zu überprüfen.


Testansatz und -strategie: Entwicklung und Implementierung einer effektiven Teststrategie, um verschiedene Testarten (z.

Integrationstests, API/GUI-Automatisierung, End-to-End-Tests, manuelle Usability-Tests) effizient einzusetzen.


Setup von Testkonzepten: Erstellung von Guidelines, Methodiken und einheitlichen Standards, einschließlich einer vorzeigbaren Dokumentation, die das gesamte Team verwenden kann.


Qualitätssicherung und Deployment-Prozess   Deployment-Prozess: Sicherstellung eines geregelten, abgestimmten und dokumentierten Deployment-Prozesses.


Einhaltung von Qualitätsgateways: Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards, um eine reibungslose Softwarebereitstellung zu gewährleisten.


Release-Management: Verwaltung und Pflege des Release-Kalenders, einschließlich Kommunikation mit relevanten Stakeholdern über geplante und durchgeführte Releases.


Produktions-Deployments  Scope-Definition: Festlegung des Inhalts von Produktions-Deployments auf Basis eines 2-wöchigen Zyklus (inklusive Semantic Versioning).


Koordination und Dokumentation: Vollständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests im Zuge von Produktions-Deployments.


Kommunikation: Proaktive Kommunikation von geplanten und abgeschlossenen Produktions-Deployments an alle relevanten Stakeholder.
