  • Leading the Front Office team
  • Handling of check-in and check-out
  • Handling of any guest requests and issues
  • Be knowledgeable of Front Office systems
  • Handover documentation in the log book
  • Coordinating and checking the daily procedures
  • Keeping good relation between other departments
  • Balancing all cash registers and reporting discrepancies
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Checking the monthly commissions of different OTAs
  • Supervise and coordinate daily apartment operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Review and optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest service

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian language
  • 4* or 5* Hotel experience
  • 3+ years of Front Office operation
  • Sabe App knowledge is an advantage
