  • Analysis and optimization of the operating status of distillation, decolorization and dichloromethane tail gas recovery equipment;
  • Fault analysis and improvement of distillation, decolorization and dichloromethane tail gas recovery equipment;
  • Provide technical support for the cost reduction and optimization projects of distillation, decolorization and dichloromethane tail gas recovery equipment at each base.

  • Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering and technology, fine chemicals or petrochemicals.
  • More than 5 years of practical operation experience in recycling equipment of diaphragm production enterprises
  • Familiar with the operating principle of dichloromethane and paraffin oil two-phase distillation system, and have the ability to analyze and optimize the distillation process;
  • Familiar with the operating principle of paraffin oil decolorization system, and have the ability to analyze and optimize the decolorization process;
  • Familiar with the operation optimization of dichloromethane gas recovery equipment;
  • Have the ability to analyze and repair the faults of distillation and gas recovery equipment;
  • Able to design pipeline transportation projects and operate and manage pipeline transportation equipment;
  • Have proficient CAD drawing skills.
  • Have good writing skills, good communication and coordination skills, and can accept business trips.
