At GSCF we are currently transforming our systems to the cloud, and you will be on the front lines securing new applications and platforms. As the Cloud Security Senior Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's data residing in cloud platforms and applications. This role will play a crucial role in maintaining cloud security architecture, designing and implementing cloud security infrastructure and tooling, providing technical security assurance for internal projects and cloud transformation initiatives. The position also involves ensuring data security throughout its lifecycle and enforcing strong security practices across IT, DevOps and Data domains.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud security or related security engineering roles such as DevSecOps.
  • Strong expertise in securing cloud platforms, with AWS as the preferred cloud provider
  • Experience with CI/CD security, including integrating security tools into DevOps pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

,[ Lead the development and implementation of security strategies and solutions for our cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements., Collaborate closely with the DevOps team and key technical stakeholders to integrate cloud security into the software development lifecycle, prioritizing security features and enhancements for cloud platforms., Assess architect diagrams and network communication involving multiple cloud providers, make recommendations to eliminate the risk of data loss or unauthorized access., Evaluate authentication, authorization controls, permission matrix and approval flows to maintain the least privileged principle and eliminate any conflict of interests., Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats, incidents, and anomalies in cloud infrastructure and applications., Drive the adoption of automated security processes, including infrastructure as code (IaC) security, security scanning, and policy enforcement., Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the security posture of the cloud platforms., Conduct security assessments of the cloud platforms to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and recommend remediation measures.] Requirements: Degree, AWS, Cloud, Security Additionally: Medicover, Accident and life insurance, SZÉP card, EAP, Bonus, International environment, Home office, Trainings, Small teams, International projects, Modern office building, Bike parking , Showers, Chill room, Free fruits, Free drinks, tea, coffee and plant milks, Startup atmosphere.
