Villa Bagatelle, started in 2010, offers freshly made products of three production units – bakery, confectionary and kitchen – in its two Brót stores, in the Villa Bagatelle Bistro and in three cozy event rooms on Németvölgyi út. During the 12 years it has become the district's favorite place, with guests returning on a daily basis. The cozy atmosphere is combined with delicious flavors, high-quality ingredients, healthy and fresh products, free of additives and compromises. With our environmentally conscious operation, we have achieved that almost 80% of our packaging and cleaning materials are made from environmentally friendly materials. In 2020 the company widened its activity and created an outstanding 6-rooms boutique style home-hotel.

This position is a combined role serving Villa Bagatelle guest in Bistro and in its boutique style hotel, that includes:
 

• traditional waiter/waitress tasks

Your daily responsibilities are:
 

• keep an eye on the guests’ needs during their stay
• give professional service for the guests
• handle check-in, check-out, support room preparation
• ensure that everything in this unique venue is always in the highest quality in favour of our guest
   

You will share these responsibilities in a team.

• Strong guest orientation with naturally friendly attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and in English as well
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and being flexible
• Attentions to details
• Strong problem solving skills
• Administrative skills, including Word, Excel
   

1-3 years of experience in Gastro or Hospitality business

• We have a stable financial and ownership background
