  • You will monitor and challenge the business’s operational performance, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis
  • You will have a deep understanding of business needs, identify operational challenges, develop workarounds and propose processes in order to resolve them
  • You will prepare insights and recommendations for monthly performance calls involving key decision makers, including local and regional leadership
  • You will prepare operational suggestions to Hungary's biggest retailers’ on how best to improve their operational performance
  • You will help set targets for local QC management regarding local shops operations
  • You will work with multiple sources of data to identify gaps and propose solutions accordingly
  • You will support the introduction of new features and projects related to shops operations
  • You will be regularly aligning with local and regional teams (sometimes with key partners)

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English
  • Analytical mindset and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to take actions based on findings
  • You enjoy solving complex operational problems, have a high attention to detail, and a problem solving ability
  • Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, diverse & fast-paced environment
  • Creative and effective story teller with the ability to display insight and proposals efficiently through slides
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Data Studio, Tableau) is preferable
