  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and rush-repair of public engineering equipment in the equipment department, such as hot water boilers, steam boilers, thermal oil boilers, air compressor systems, pure water machines, water softeners, RTO, chillers, dehumidification systems, clean room air conditioning (including the pipelines, valves, pumps, and air ducts of the system), as well as their ancillary equipment.
  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle management process of equipment, including equipment procurement review process, fixed asset management, spare parts management
  • Responsible for the management of department equipment maintenance, testing contracts, measuring equipment, and special equipment. Promote the safety management of special equipment in accordance with government and company requirements, participate in government and company meetings, and respond to relevant inspections.
  • Energy saving optimization of operating parameters for public facilities and production equipment, supervision and management of on-site energy-saving operation, and continuous optimization of equipment energy-saving operation modes.

  • Majors related to thermal energy and power engineering, water supply and drainage, HVAC, refrigeration
  • More than 5 years of operation and maintenance experience in public engineering equipment (air compressor system, chiller system, clean workshop air conditioning system, boiler, water treatment (pure water) ventilation and exhaust)
  • Rich experience in technical renovation and maintenance of public engineering equipment, familiar with equipment principles and structures
  • Familiar with the operation and maintenance of pumps, valves, and pipelines
  • Able to conduct systematic analysis on energy/gas/water supply systems, familiar with statistical management of energy consumption data, and able to control energy consumption based on data analysis results.
