Product Management
Full-time | Remote
Salary Range: $14.4K - $30K USD per year

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support account managers, strategists, product designers, and engineers during the design and development phases of projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong English writing skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work across teams to align goals and outcomes. This role involves managing multiple projects at different stages—whether preparing new project plans for development handoffs, overseeing ongoing development, or handling post-launch maintenance and feature builds. Your role will be to ensure each product's success by aligning business goals with technical execution.

As a strong communicator, you’ll bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and internal engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery and collaboration.

Our client is a product design and development agency that helps entrepreneurs, startups, and organizations turn ideas into impactful digital platforms. With a decade of experience, we have launched hundreds of products, empowering our clients to scale and succeed. Our global team ensures innovation, efficiency, and strategic guidance without the need for an in-house team.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Technical Writer) within a technology company or software development environment.

  • Strong English writing and communication skills, with experience producing technical or functional documentation.

  • Understanding of modern programming languages, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, React, React Native) is preferred.

  • Ability to validate product designs and document clear requirements.

  • Familiarity with UX and design processes, including the ability to analyze wireframes or design prototypes.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and timelines.

  • Experience managing multiple projects independently.

  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Pivotal Tracker).

  • Experience with design tools and productivity tools (Figma, Notion, Slack).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product designers and product/account managers to understand and document requirements for product experiences and designs.

  • Create clear, concise documentation, including PRDs/product requirements, acceptance criteria, briefs, diagrams, and user flows to effectively align all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with development leads to:
    - Vet designs and requirements, identifying potential technical challenges early.

- Estimate tasks and define development timelines for features ready for implementation.

- Conduct daily standups to understand project status and provide clarifications.

  • Support cross-functional communication between design, engineering, and product teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure the documentation is up to date and reflects evolving project requirements.

  • Review and approve work throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Present development team accomplishments to internal stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who is genuinely interested in new technology and its impact.

  • A clear and effective communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Someone who enjoys creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirements, diagrams, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.

  • A professional who can efficiently manage tasks and balance competing demands.

  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • Experienced in working with a remote multi-timezone development team.

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing complex ideas into actionable documentation.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to dive deep into understanding client needs and project goals.
