Our recruitment team of six is looking for 2 new Jedi with a magnifying glass to find the best IT professionals. In a sea of developers, testers, business analysts, system administrators, product owners and project managers, can you pick the best?,
  • Active sourcing and competency-based selection of IT professionals
  • Pre-screening and organizing interviews
  • Following up with candidates and handling feedback
  • Handling necessary administrative tasks
  • Provide recruitment activity on social media platforms to engage IT talents
  • Participate in professional events representing United Consult

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Customer-friendly and precise written communication skills
  • Confidence and assertiveness
  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience (especially researcing/sourcing)
  • Ongoing studies, active student status
