Deputy Production Director

• Supervision of production processes in the field of Horsetruck, ensuring their continuity
• Development and effective connection of production processes between plants in order to meet targets, leading the necessary actions
• Preparation of standard operating procedures
• Participation in the introduction of new processes
• Preparation of production schedules
• Support, development and motivation of regional managers and employees
• Monitoring and maintenance of quality requirements • Enforcement of relevant occupational safety regulations
• Liaison with other departments

• Higher technical education (preferably mechanical, electrical engineering) • Minimum 2-3 years of production management experience
• At least 5 years of experience in production
• Communication level English language skills
• Independent, reliable, precise work
• Practicality, "to do" attitude
• Proactivity, goal-oriented and systems-oriented thinking
• Lean management Knowledge of toolkit (5S, Kaizen etc.)
• User level knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of Solidworks
• Automotive industry experience
