  • A projekt megvalósításához szükséges üzleti rendszerek feltérképezése, tényszerű elemzése, „as is” modell megalkotása, root-cause analízis elvégzése
  • Problémák azonosítása: gap-elemzés készítése az üzleti oldal számára, mely megmutatja, mely tényezők akadályozhatják a projekt megvalósítását
  • Akcióterv kidolgozása a probléma megoldása érdekében,(„to-be” modell)
  • Üzleti igények összegyűjtése, dokumentálása és a projekt tervezési fázisában való aktív részvétel
  • Döntés-előkészítés támogatása
  • A termék tesztelési folyamatának támogatása
  • Minőségbiztosítás és kontroll funkció betöltése a termék leszállítása során; a leszállítandó projekt aktuális státuszának nyomon követése a fejlesztési tervvel összehangban , problémák eszkalálása a projekt manager és a projekt csapat felé,

  • Felsőfokú szakirányú végzettség
  • Legalább 2 év - preferáltan pénzintézetnél, call centerben, telekom cégnél szerzett - business analyst tapasztalat
  • Kommunikáció szintű angolnyelv tudás (írásban és szóban egyaránt)
  • Erős IT készségek (rendszerismeret és azok folyamatokban való érintettségének ismerete);
  • Kritikus gondolkodás, megoldásorientált, proaktív személyiség
  • Kiváló kommunikációs készség
  • Priorizálási és hatékony időgazdálkodási képesség

  • Tárgyalóképes angolnyelv tudás
