Selection/Interview Process:

  1. Initial Introduction (30 minutes): A conversation with the Hiring Manager that includes an introduction to our company, an overview of the position, and a discussion about your background, experience, and career goals.
  2. Technical Interview (1 hour): A deep dive into your technical expertise and problem-solving skills with our Principal Engineer and Lead Software Engineer.



  • Expertise in ASP.NET and C#: You’re the kind of developer who can make the ASP.NET framework sing 🎶
  • MSSQL Mastery: Experience with MSSQL that allows you to navigate the intricacies of database management 📊
  • JavaScript: Basic understanding to help round out your full-stack knowledge 🛠️
  • Strong Grasp of Fundamentals: A deep understanding of clean code, programming principles, and computer science basics 📚
  • Experience with Server-Side Concepts: You know the ins and outs of databases, caching, performance optimization, and monitoring ⚙️
  • 3+ Years of Development Experience: You’ve been around the block and have a portfolio to back it up
  • Self-Driven Attitude: You see features through from planning to completion and are always keen to learn more
  • Conversational English: The ability to understand and communicate in English is preferred
