A CBRE GWS elkötelezetten dolgozik az ügyfelek elégedettségéért magas színvonalú szolgáltatásokat nyújtva, amelyhez folyamatosan keresi bővülő csapatába a tehetséges és motivált szakembereket., Napi operatív feladatok:
  • Napi kapcsolattartás a megbízó által kijelölt személyekkel, a magas szintű szolgáltatás fenntartása érdekében aktív részvétel az ügyfélmenedzsmentben,
  • Kapcsolattartás a beszállítókkal, takarítókkal, időszakos munkák szervezése ütemterv szerint,
  • Alvállalkozók által biztosított szolgáltatások minőségellenőrzése, átvétele a megállapodás és a megbízói elvárás szerint,
  • Eseti megbízások és megrendelések kezelése,
  • Havi zárásban való aktív részvétel, számlázáshoz kapcsolódó adatok szolgáltatása a pénzügyi osztály felé (PO nyitás, számlák jóváhagyása),
  • Budget tervezés szoros együttműködésben a közvetlen felettessel és a pénzügyi osztállyal.

Időszakos feladatok:
  • Periodikus karbantartások ellenőrzése és adott esetben átvétele a megállapodás és a megbízói elvárás szerint,
  • Készenlét ellátása beosztás szerint,
  • A megbízó által kért eseti ajánlatok készítése (extra beszerzések kezelése - piackutatás, ajánlatkérés, ajánlat kidolgozása, jóváhagyatása, megrendelés-átvétel lebonyolítása),
  • Költséghatékony üzemeltetés, karbantartás, költségcsökkentési lehetőségek feltárása, valamint javaslattétel technológiai, szervezési fejlesztésekre.

  • Műszaki végzettség és műszaki üzemeltetésben szerzett tapasztalat (1-3 év)
  • Műszaki háttér és affinitás, komplex látásmód
  • Pontos precíz munkavégzés
  • Proaktív, ügyfélorientált szemlélet
  • MS Office magabiztos használata
  • Legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban)
