Az OPERA event sales manager munkatársat keres határozatlan időre
Kiemelkedően sok előadásunk mellett számtalan rendezvény, különleges esemény színesíti a palettánkat. Rendezvényeink a legszélesebb skálán mozognak: kültériek, beltériek: a könyvbemutatóktól, kiállításokon, koncerteken, filmforgatásokon át a nagyszabású estélyekig bezárólag. Operaházunk és Eiffel Műhelyházunk rendhagyó rendezvényhelyszínként is funkcionál.
Célunk, hogy az Eiffel Műhelyház előadásainkon kívül, mint potenciális rendezvényhelyszín elsőként jusson meglévő és leendő partnereink eszébe. Ha vérbeli értékesítő vagy és ezt a képességedet a kultúra területén szeretnéd kamatoztani, akkor ezt az állást Neked találtuk ki
,- Értékesítés és ügyfélkapcsolatok: főként az Eiffel Műhelyház helyiségeinek értékesítése, mely magába foglalja a beérkező megkeresések mellett további partnerek felkutatását;
- Kiemelten számítunk kreativitásodra, javaslataidra abban, hogy megtaláld azokat a csatornákat, ahol potenciális partnereinket el tudjuk érni;
- Leendő partnereinkkel helyszín bejárások, árajánlat készítés, költségvetés készítés, szerződés megkötésének előkészítése;
- Értékesítési terv készítése, részvétel árstratégia kialakításában, csomagok meghatározásában;
- Az ügyfél által választott szolgáltatásokhoz ajánlott kiegészítő lehetőségek bemutatása;
- A már lekötött, illetve az opciós foglalások teljeskörű koordinácója;
- Csapatban dolgoznál, de önálló felelősségi körrel.
- Felsőfokú, (lehetőség szerint kereskedelemhez kapcsolódó) végzettséggel rendelkezel;
- Tárgyalási szinten használod az angol nyelvet (szóban és írásban is);
- Van már legalább 3 év értékesítői, rendezvények, rendezvényhelyszínek értékesítésében tapasztalatod;
- Magabiztos adminisztratív készségekkel rendelkezel: MS Office, Outlook gördülékeny használata;
- Képes vagy önállóan különböző fázisban lévő projektek egyidejű koordinálására, mindezt úgy, hogy egyikről sem felejtkezel meg és mindegyiket a kellő időben és tartalommal viszed végig a szerződéskötés kezdetéig;
- A gyakori esti, vagy hétvégi munkavégzés sem jelent gondot, hisz a rendezvényeink többsége túlnyúlik a hagyományos munkaidőn, ezt a munkaköröd természetes velejárójaként értelmezed.
