• Long-term and medium-term planning of hangar and workforce needs for aircraft maintenance
• Planning of human resource requirements for maintenance operations, monitoring and reporting critical levels
• Keeping records and coordinating maintenance plan events
• Processing the "work scope" of maintenance events and preparing pre-calculations for commercial offers
• Comparing work packages with commercial offers and contracts
• Supporting the release of work packages

• Higher education degree (Mechanical Engineering/Transportation Engineering/Electrical Engineering)
• Specialization in aircraft or practical experience in aircraft maintenance or operation
• User-level knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English (technical and/or intermediate level)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Precision

• Knowledge of Airbus/Boeing aircraft types
• Familiarity with any ERP system
