, Az INGYENES Project Manager kurzus 10 hétig tart, a tananyagot minden héten a saját beosztásod alapján tudod feldolgozni, hetente egyszer pedig az irodában vár a mentorod egy személyes megbeszélésre. A tanfolyam során a projektek általános megismerésével kezded az utadat, majd a klasszikus projektmenedzsment (hatókör, ütemezés és költségmenedzsment), valamint az Agile alapvető aspektusait is megismerheted. A kurzus sikeres elvégzéséhez ezek mellett csak néhány lépést kell követned:
 
  • vegyél részt az irodában heti három alkalommal tartott órákon;
  • teljesítsd a kiadott feladatokat;
  • légy aktív és vegyél részt a mentoroddal folyatatott megbeszéléseken;
  • egy lezáró személyes interjú keretében beszéld át a tanultakat technikai szakértőinkkel.

  • Elkötelezettség a tanfolyam iránt, mint ugródeszka a projektmenedzserré váláshoz.
  • Proaktivitás és a prioritások felállításának képessége: a tanfolyam során nagyrészt önállóan kell tanulnod a saját tempódban, sok tananyaggal és gyakorlati feladatokkal. A kurzusból így akkor hozhatod ki a legtöbbet, ha tudsz megfelelő időt szánni rá.
  • Nagyszerű kommunikációs készségek (az angol nyelv kommunikációs szintű, legalább B2-es aktív használata elengedhetetlen).
  • Előnyt jelent projektek irányításában vagy más vezetői szerepkörben szerzett korábbi tapasztalat vagy tanult ismeret.
