Production supervisor

• Inovance Technology Hungary Kft., located at 8000 SZÉKESFEHÉRVÁR Rozmaring utca 1., was established in August 2022 in Hungary, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd.
• Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. has sales branches, R&D centers and subsidiaries all over the world with more than 25 000 employees. The main business areas are: industrial automation, intelligent elevators, renewable energy vehicles, industrial robots and rail transit.
• Here in Fehérvár, we manufacture and assemble various parts for elevators, do metal machining, electronics assembly and we are looking forward to you joining us.

, Your main goal as one of the key leaders of the Manufacturing department is to ensure smooth and effective operation of our production lines. 
Currently we have three workshops: sheet metal processing, electrical assembly, cable harness assembly and we are in the early stages of new product introduction & small batch production, major products are elevator parts, and we will introduce more general automatic products.
Our core team members are experienced persons from every functional area, and we commit our company vision, mission and value, we utilize our capabilities and strengths, make our business more efficient and successfull.

1. Responsible for manufacturing workshops management.
2. Responsible for production worker’s daily operative management and coordination.
3. Responsible for executing work plans, and completing the production task objectives orderly and timely.
4. Enforce the requirements of quality and EHS, ESD, 5S as well.
5. Utilize lean concept and tools to improve production efficiency and productivity.
6. Responsible for department employee’s recruitment and training, develop multi-skilled and excellent workers.

1.  More than 3 years of working experience in manufacturing factories.
2.  Familiar with industrial product assembly process and quality requirements.
3.  Familiar with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word. etc.
4.  Fluent in spoken and written English and Hungarian
5.  Other requirement: open mind, strong communication ability, proactive, reliable.
