Invoice payable support (Debrecen)These are your tasks:Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendorsClarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures and maintain meticulous records of outstanding payablesProvide other support or clarification necessary to pay the obligations of the organizationEnsure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposesPractice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner, preparation of open item lists and clarification with vendorsWho we are looking for:Work experience or studies of accountancy backgroundGood language skills in German (fluent in spoken and written)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially ExcelSAP knowledge is an advantage.
